Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 27, 2026.
Scope
These terms govern the use of the XFORZA store and purchases made online. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable and prevail where they provide greater rights.
Products and information
We aim to describe product features, dimensions, variants, included accessories and limitations of use accurately. Colors and packaging may vary slightly. Customers should read the entire product page before purchasing.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store. Taxes, shipping and any other costs payable by the customer are communicated before the order is submitted. Payment is processed through the methods available in the secure checkout.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when XFORZA confirms acceptance or shipment, subject to applicable law. We may cancel and refund an order if the product is unavailable, if the price or description contains an obvious error, if payment is not authorized, if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, or if fulfillment would be unlawful.
Shipping, withdrawal and returns
Destinations, costs and delivery are described on the Shipping & Delivery page. Withdrawal, returns, refunds and defective products are described on the Returns & Refunds page. These pages form part of these terms.
Legal guarantee
No provision excludes mandatory rights relating to defective, unsafe, non-conforming or misdescribed products. For consumers in the European Union, the minimum legal guarantee required by applicable law applies.
Permitted use and intellectual property
The store, the XFORZA brand, original text, graphics and content may not be copied or exploited for unlawful purposes without authorization, except as permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, XFORZA is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and mandatory consumer rights.
Applicable law and contact
The law of the country in which the seller operates applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in the country where they habitually reside. For questions, use the Contact page.
