Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us through the Contact page before the deadline, providing your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Do not send products to an address that has not been confirmed by support.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, send the product back within 14 days.

Condition of returned products

You may inspect the product as you would in a store. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Where possible, return the item complete with accessories and original packaging.

Return costs and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, the direct cost of return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, XFORZA will provide the remedy required by law and bear the applicable costs.

An eligible refund includes the price paid and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered. Any extra amount paid for a faster delivery method is not refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.

The refund is initiated to the original payment method within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. We may withhold it until we receive the product or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.

Legal guarantee

New goods sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity. Depending on applicable law, the consumer may be entitled, free of charge, to repair or replacement and, when those remedies are unavailable or inappropriate, to a price reduction or refund.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply, among other cases provided by law, to personalized goods, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, or sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened. These exceptions do not limit rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
